About

Marketing you can check

Small businesses are told to be on Google, in AI answers, on Meta and on LinkedIn, and to reply to every lead within minutes. Most can't afford a team for all of that, and agencies are usually paid for activity, not outcomes.

GroundReach brings the work into one place: it audits what you have, plans within your budget, drafts the content and campaigns, launches them only with your approval, follows up your leads, and keeps a record of the results you can verify. The goal is for businesses to pay mainly for what their marketing produces.

What we believe

You approve before anything happens

No ad goes live and no message is sent without an explicit action from you.

No invented claims

Drafts use your real facts and mark anything unknown as a placeholder for you to fill in.

Honest numbers

Small samples get ranges, estimates are labelled as estimates, and results are never guaranteed.

Your data is yours

Connections are encrypted and can be removed at any time.

Who's behind GroundReach

Ragu Mantatikar

Founder, GroundReach and Groundnote · Victoria, Australia

GroundReach was founded in Australia by Ragu Mantatikar, who also founded Groundnote, Australian software for meeting accountability.

Ragu has spent more than 25 years in enterprise technology, IT service management and AI-led transformation, working with education, government and commercial organisations in Australia and the United States, and helping them turn AI from a buzzword into a practical advantage.

GroundReach grew out of marketing Groundnote. The same work kept repeating (checking the site, researching keywords, watching what AI assistants say, writing ads, following up leads) across too many tools, with too little evidence of what actually worked. GroundReach brings that work together, keeps a person in charge of every decision, and records the results you can check. Groundnote is its first customer.
