Acceptable use policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

Draft under legal review. This page describes how GroundReach works today; the final wording may change after review, and we'll show the new date above when it does.

To keep GroundReach safe for everyone, you agree not to use it to:

  • Publish false or misleading claims, including unproven results, earnings or health claims, or content that breaches advertising law (for example the Australian Consumer Law or the FTC Act).
  • Contact people without the consent the law requires: commercial emails must follow the Spam Act 2003 (Australia) and CAN-SPAM, and SMS or calls must follow the TCPA and similar laws. Every email must identify you and honour unsubscribes.
  • Target or discriminate against people unlawfully, including in housing, employment or credit ads.
  • Advertise prohibited products or services, or break the policies of the platforms you publish to (Google, Meta and others).
  • Upload content you don't have the rights to, or use another business's logo or trade marks without permission.
  • Connect accounts or Pages you're not authorised to manage, or access another customer's data.
  • Interfere with GroundReach: probe for vulnerabilities without permission, overload it, or get around its limits or approval steps.

GroundReach flags some risky claims automatically, but that check is a help, not a guarantee; you remain responsible for what you approve. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy.
