Questions about pricing
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your plan renews at the list price shown crossed out (for example A$199 instead of A$149 for Growth). We email you 30 days before, so you can change plans or cancel before it renews.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 15-day free trial of Growth, and Agency for agencies. No card is needed. If you don't choose a plan, the features that run on our side pause, and your data stays yours to see and export.
What is managed ad spend?
The money Google and Meta report spent on the campaigns GroundReach published for you, in a calendar month. Your ad spend is billed by the platforms to your own ad accounts, never by us. Ads you run outside GroundReach don't count.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You see a note at half and three quarters, and a clear message at the limit with a way to add more or upgrade. Nothing you already have is taken away. At the managed ad spend limit, your ads keep running and the budget guard still pauses at your budget, end date or stop-loss. Only GroundReach's own optimising, such as moving money between channels, waits until next month or until you add more.
Can I pay only for results?
Soon. Pay for results will be an optional add-on on Growth and Agency: a price for each verified sign-up or qualified lead, checked and open to dispute for 14 days, with a monthly cap you set. Results are never guaranteed.
Do you price in US dollars?
Yes. For businesses in the United States, the same numbers apply in US dollars.
