Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026
Draft under legal review. This page describes how GroundReach works today; the final wording may change after review, and we'll show the new date above when it does.
These terms are an agreement between you and Raghavender Mantatikar, trading as GroundReach ("GroundReach") for using the GroundReach app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use GroundReach for a business or for clients, you confirm you're allowed to bind them to these terms.
1. What GroundReach does
GroundReach helps you plan, create, publish and measure marketing: SEO and AI visibility research, plans and content, campaigns in your own ad accounts, lead follow-up and reports. Some features use AI and third-party data, which can be incomplete or wrong; review everything before you use it.
2. You approve; you're responsible for what's published
- Plans, content and campaigns need your approval. Campaigns are created paused and turned on only when you confirm.
- You're responsible for the content you approve and for following advertising law and platform rules, including making only claims you can back up, and our acceptable use policy.
- Automation features (for example rules that pause ads or adjust budgets) act only within the settings you switch on.
3. Connected accounts and ad spend
- You connect your own accounts (Google, Meta and others) and can disconnect them at any time.
- Ad spend is charged by the ad platforms to your accounts, under their terms. GroundReach doesn't hold or pay your ad budget, and isn't responsible for the platforms' decisions (for example ad rejections or account restrictions).
4. Fees and verified results
- New accounts start with a free trial of 15 days, with no card needed. When it ends, the features that run on our side (AI drafting, research and visibility checks, creating and launching campaigns) pause until you choose a plan; you can still sign in, see and export your data and pause your campaigns. Ad spend during the trial is charged by the ad platforms to your own accounts.
- Plans and prices. Our plans, what each includes and their prices are on our pricing page. Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in advance, in Australian dollars (US dollars for customers in the United States). Ad spend is never part of our fees: the ad platforms charge it to your own ad accounts. Until online payment is available, we confirm your plan and price with you by email before charging you anything.
- Launch prices. If you start a plan at a launch price, that price stays the same for the first 12 months of your subscription. After that, your plan renews at the list price shown on the pricing page at that time. We'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can change plans or cancel before it does.
- Other price changes. We may change our prices for new customers at any time. For an existing subscription, a price change applies only from your next renewal after at least 30 days' email notice, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Plan limits and add-ons. Each plan includes set amounts (for example AI visibility questions, managed ad spend, storage and ad platforms), shown on the pricing page. When you reach one, the app tells you and offers an add-on or a bigger plan; nothing you already have is removed. Reaching a plan limit never pauses your live ads: at the managed ad spend limit only GroundReach's own optimising waits, while your campaigns keep running and the budget guard keeps protecting your budget, end date and stop-loss.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed. We don't refund part periods, except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a refund.
- GroundReach is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added; if that changes, we will tell you before it applies.
- Where your plan charges per verified result (an optional add-on, when offered), a result counts only if it passes the checks described in the app, isn't disputed within the review window, and stays within your monthly cap. You can dispute a result with a reason; disputed results that fail the checks aren't charged.
- We don't guarantee results, such as a number of leads, sales or rankings.
5. Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to use it only to provide GroundReach, as described in our privacy policy. When you collect leads, you're responsible for having their consent to be contacted, and for honouring opt-outs.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep GroundReach available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and platform changes (for example to Google's or Meta's APIs) can affect features. We may update these terms; we'll tell you about material changes before they apply.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. [To be reviewed by a lawyer for fairness under the unfair contract terms regime.]
8. Ending the agreement
You can cancel your plan or close your account at any time (see "Cancelling" above). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable use policy. After closing, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
